WARRANTY POLICY

The Tortuga Rubber Products Ltd., defines the Inner Tubes Policy Treament Complaint as:

 

a. Values and effectively addresses complaints presented by its customers;

 

b. Knows and undertakes to comply with and be subject to the penalties provided for in the laws, specifically in Law No. 8078/1990;

 

c. Critically analyzes the results, as well as taking appropriate action, depending on the complaints received;

 

d. Defines responsibilities for handling complaints;

 

e. Commits to respond to Inmetro (Brazilian federal authority that guides mechanisms aimed at improving the quality and safety of products and services) to any complaint within 15 (fifteen) calendar days;

 

f. Commits to respond to the complainant regarding the receipt, processing and conclusion of the complaint, according to internally established deadlines.

 

Note: The Warranty conditions do not apply when the inner tube is not intended for its original function, which is to equip Undercarriage Set (Tyre + Wheel + Inner Tube). Examples of applications that exclude the Warranty: Resurfacing, Dubbing, among others.

Tortuga Rubber Products seeks through the commitment of its employees to the quality of their actions:

 

a. Provide products that meet specifications and guarantee customer satisfaction;

 

b. Continuously improve the Processes and Management System;

 

c. Meet applicable Regulatory and Statutory requirements.
